Ms. Jinashree is a certified counsellor from Banjara Academy and currently is part of Yourdost as an online counselling expert. She is a certified Stress Management professional from ISMA (International Stress Management Association) which is affiliated with iCSMP (International Council of Stress Management Professionals, Australia). She also volunteers as a counsellor at Samadhana Counselling Center.She believes that a self-aware person values self, accepts responsibility for oneself and constantly unlearns/relearns to manage problems in life and counselling aids in this transformation.
