I am a practicing Psychologist. I have handled clients with various psychiatric and psychological disorders. I have also been a psychological consultant for law enforcement cases. I believe in tailor made interventions for each client. I also believe that humans are enriched with the power of coping with life stressors so as to learn from them and be strengthened. When life throws challenging situations, seeking help only shows our strength to want to solve them. I believe in strengthening individuals to face life with confidence. I mostly relate to Client Centered therapeutic model with Dialectic Behavioural approach. I also inculcate Supportive therapy to clients who need to cope with regular stressors.
