She is Ph.D in Foods, Nutrition and Dietetics. She is life member of Indian Dietetic Association and Local Executive Committee member , Bangalore chapter. She has worked with VLCC, different hospitals and as a faculty in Degree College. She has developed many antioxidant based nutraceuticals in NBRI Lucknow and Chemical engineering, IIT, BHU. She has worked on Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load of diabetic and heart patients. Developed many antioxidant based functional foods. Her research papers are published in many International Publications. Poster and oral presentation given in many National and International Conferences.
