After completing my mbbs and md in india, i ventured abroad and gained structured training in general medicine and cardiology in uk. I conducted research in hypertension, heart failure with eminent professors in uk. Then i obtained 6 years of structured general and interventional cardiology training in the prestigious cambridge deanery. I also was selected to obtain further interventional cardiology training from st michaels hospital, university of toronto, canada for one year.
