Dr.Naveen Jayakumar belongs to a family of dentists. At the moment, he is the first and only dentally qualified individual in South India to be conferred a Fellowship in the International College of Surgeons. He holds a Masters degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, apart from the prestigious Fellowship of Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (Faculty of Dental Surgery).
