Ms. Karishma Chawla is a certified nutritionist and counsellor. She has a Diploma in Nutrition and Naturopathy as well as a Certificate of Specialty in Fitness.Ms. Chawla has developed her own approach to nutrition, which is reflected in her relationship with her numerous clients. She believes in customized nutrition plans, developed after in-depth sessions with her clients to ascertain their core goals and empowering people to adopt a holistic approach towards their health and well-being. In her 3 years of practice, Ms.Chawla has been a consulting nutritionist at Khar Gymkhana, The National Sports Club of India (NSCI), Moksh Zip and Nutrition Centre in Bandra.
