It is owned by Dr. Nilesh S. Naphade, M.B.B.S., M.D. Pathology ( Mumbai) has served with Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital, Sion, Mumbai in Pathology Department as a Resident Doctor. Also served at Smt. M.T. Agarwal Municipal Hospital, Mulund (W) and Bhabha hospital, Mumbai as a chief Pathologist. He was an observer in Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai (Dec 2012). He has a special interest in hematopathology and has done a dissertation on hematolymphoid disorders with the help of Immunohistochemistry experts from Tata memorial hospital. Also served as a blood bank in charge/Lab Head in the municipal hospital in Mulund west for a brief period in 2014. During his tenure, he realized that there are many pathology laboratories in Mumbai being run by nonmedicos.
