He did fellowship in Cleft Lip, Palate & Craniofacial Surgeries, BM Jain Hospital, Bangalore. Dr Gaurav has done certified course in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic laser from IITRAW, Delhi.In order to fulfill his dream of treating children with craniofacial deformities, he established a Cleft & Craniofacial Centre in Agra city in association with Maaya Foundation, India and German Cleft Children Aid Society, Germany.
