Dr. Gaurav Gupta finished his bachelors of dental surgery (BDS) from R.V dental college and hospital,bangalore under the banner of rajiv gandhi university of health sciences in the year 2004 and obtained the master of dental surgery (mds) in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopaedics from saraswati dental college and hospital under the banner of dr. Rml avadh university in the year 2009.I stood first in the university examinations for the mds orthodontics and dentofacial orthopaedics program. I have been awarded the fellowship from the world federation of orthodontists in 2010 and i have also completed the part a and part b examinations for becoming the diplomate of the indian board of orthodontics in dec 2010.He have successfully completed certifications in advanced orthodontic procedures like lingual orthodontics (dr hee moon kyung, korea) orthodontic mini-implants (dr thomas leitz , germany) , cad/cam aligners ( clearpath ). I have actively attended many national and international conferences to keep myself updated with the latest in the specialty of orthodontics.Academically i have to my credit many publications in both national and international journals. I have also authored a book titled “visual treatment in orthodontics” published by a lambert academic publishing (germany). He is a associate editor of healtalk - a journal of clinical dentistry and i am also in the peer review board of universal research journal of dentistry (urjd). He is also attached to a dental college in pune as associate professor where i am clinical instructor to post graduate students.
