D General medicine from Sridevraj urs medical college kolar , Karnataka, India in 2009.He then worked in the dept of cardiology in Columbiasia Bangalore. He later completed his fellowship in Non Invasive Cardiology from Bhagwan Mahaveer Jain hospital Bangalore . Post graduation he started working as a Consultant cardiologist in BMJH. Presently he is assistant professor in Sridevi Medical College Tumkur . He started Samiksha Heart and Diabetic Care in the year 2013 to provide cardiac services in Yelahanka Bangalore.Presently he is the visiting cardiologist for all the major hospitals in and around Yelahanka.Dr. Praveen has a clinical interest in preventive cardiology, lipid disorders and cardiac imaging. He is known for the diagnosis of both common and rare, complex cardiac disorders. He has obtained certified degrees in Diabetology and Advanced Hypertension management.
