About Cuf Gtb Syrup
Guaifenesin + Terbutaline + Bromhexine is a combination of three medicines: Guaifenesin , Terbutaline and Bromhexine, which relieves cough with mucus. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator.

Medicinal Benefits of Cuf Gtb Syrup
Guaifenesin + Terbutaline + Bromhexine is a combination of three medicines: Guaifenesin , Terbutaline and Bromhexine, which relieves cough with mucus. Guaifenesin is an expectorant which decreases the stickiness of mucus (phlegm) and helps in its removal from the airways. Terbutaline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens the airways. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Together, they make breathing easier.
Directions for Use
Take BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE with or without food and swallow whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew or break it. Liquid syrup: Shake the bottle well before use. Check the label for directions and take BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE with or without food in doses as prescribed by your doctor with the help of a measuring cup.

Nausea, Diarrhea, Bloating, Indigestion, Vomiting, Sweating, Dizziness, Headache, Tremors, Increased heart rate, Upper abdominal pain, Rash, Urticaria, Itching, Changes in serum aminotransferase levels

Drug Warnings
- If you are diabetic, monitor your blood glucose regularly while taking this medicine.
- Inform your doctor if you have a history of thyroid or heart disease.
- Stop taking Guaifenesin + Terbutaline + Bromhexine and inform your doctor if your cough persists for more than 1 week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by a fever, rash or persistent headache.
Drug Interactions
Drug-Drug Interaction:
BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE may have interaction with medicines used to lower high blood pressure (propranolol), heart rate affecting medicine (epinephrine), water pills or diuretics (furosemide), anti-allergic drugs (promethazine), uterine stimulant (oxytocin), bronchodilators (formoterol, dyphylline), anti-sickness or anti-nausea drug (ondansetron).
Drug-Disease Interaction:
Use with caution in patients with diabetes, fits, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, stomach ulcers, phenylketonuria (a birth defect that causes accumulation of amino acid, phenylalanine in the body), kidney, liver or heart problems.

Interaction of alcohol with BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE is unknown. Please consult a doctor before consuming alcohol with BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE.
PREGNANCY
The safety of BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE in pregnant women is unknown. Therefore, it is given to pregnant women only if the doctor thinks benefits outweigh risks.
BREAST FEEDING
It is unknown whether BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE is excreted in human milk. BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE is given to breastfeeding mothers only if the doctor thinks benefits are greater than risks.
DRIVING
It may cause dizziness and sleepiness. Do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how it affects you.
LIVER
Take BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE with caution, especially if you have a history of Liver diseases/conditions. The dose may be adjusted by your doctor as required.
KIDNEY
Take BROMHEXINE+GUAIFENESIN+TERBUTALINE with caution, especially if you have a history of Kidney diseases/conditions. The dose may be adjusted by your doctor as required.
