Directions for Use

• Vitamin D3 + Linseed Oil is used for the treatment of vitamin D deficiency.
• Avoid the use of antacids containing magnesium along with Vitamin D3 + Linseed Oil.
• In order to maintain healthy blood levels of vitamin D, try spending some time outdoors, especially from 11 am to 3 pm. But be careful not to burn your skin in the sun, so take care to cover up with suitable clothing, wear sunglasses and apply at least SPF15 sunscreen.
• Also include vitamin D-rich food in your diet like oily fish (salmon, mackerel), fortified orange juice, and milk.
