NICOTINAMIDE+PYRIDOXINE ( VITAMIN B6)+THYROXINE is a combination medicine used to treat hypothyroidism. Hypothyroidism is a chronic condition in which the thyroid gland (located below the throat in the neck) is not able to produce enough thyroid hormone. Thyroid hormones are composed of triiodothyronine (T3) and thyroxine (T4) which control the body's metabolism. In the condition of an underactive thyroid, the body's metabolism slows down, and the person feels less energetic. 

NICOTINAMIDE+PYRIDOXINE+THYROXINE is a combination of three drugs, namely: Thyroxine, Pyridoxine, and Nicotinamide. Thyroxine is a synthetic thyroid hormone that is chemically similar to thyroxine produced by the thyroid gland. It replaces the thyroid hormone that the thyroid gland is unable to produce. Pyridoxine/vitamin B6 helps in the utilization of iodine that is necessary for the synthesis of thyroxine hormone. Nicotinamide helps in keeping the body cells active. Do not take NICOTINAMIDE+PYRIDOXINE+THYROXINE if you are allergic to any of its contents. Talk to your doctor before taking NICOTINAMIDE+PYRIDOXINE+THYROXINE if you have untreated/uncontrolled adrenal gland disorder, thyrotoxicosis (a thyroid disorder), heart problems, diabetes, anaemia, osteoporosis, pituitary gland problems, liver or kidney problems. Inform your doctor if you have recently received radiation therapy with iodine. Consult your doctor before taking NICOTINAMIDE+PYRIDOXINE+THYROXINE if you are pregnant.  NICOTINAMIDE+PYRIDOXINE+THYROXINE may have interaction with antihypertensive (metoprolol), antacid (esomeprazole), supplements (calcium, vitamin D), anti-convulsant (phenytoin, phenobarbital), anti-Parkinson (levodopa), anti-neoplastic agent (altretamine).

NICOTINAMIDE+PYRIDOXINE+THYROXINE may have interactions with epilepsy, adrenal gland disorder, thyrotoxicosis (a thyroid disorder), heart problems, diabetes, anaemia, osteoporosis, and pituitary gland problems.
