Drotaverine + Ethamsylate + Tranexamic Acid is a combination of three medicines: Drotaverine, Ethamsylate, and Tranexamic Acid. Drotaverine is an antispasmodic medicine with smooth muscle relaxant properties. It increases the levels of chemical messengers that relieve the pain due to smooth muscle spasms or tightness. Ethamsylate and Tranexamic Acid work by preventing the breakdown of clots and controlling excessive bleeding.
