L ORNITHINE L ASPARTATE+PANCREATIN is a combination medicine, primarily used to treat hepatic encephalopathy, indigestion and inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis). Indigestion is the inability to digest food that is associated with pain and discomfort in the stomach. Hepatic encephalopathy is a liver disease in which the liver does not remove the toxins from the body, which leads to loss of brain function.

L ORNITHINE L ASPARTATE+PANCREATIN treats indigestion, hepatic encephalopathy and inflammation of the pancreas. It contains L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate, and Pancreatin. L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate helps increase the levels of amino acids, ornithine and aspartic acid in the body. This increase in the amino acids helps in ammonia detoxification. They rejuvenate the liver by increasing the rate of energy production in liver cells. L-Ornithine-L-Aspartate also helps in reducing brain function with liver diseases like cirrhosis. It is also used to improve athletic performance. Pancreatin is a digestive enzyme that is a combination of lipase, protease, and amylase enzymes. It helps in replacing low levels of these enzymes in the body and helps in the digestion of carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
