About Imfinzi Injection
A drug that binds to the protein PD-L1 to help immune cells kill cancer cells better and is used to treat different types of cancer. Durvalumab is used alone or with other drugs to treat adults with certain types of extensive-stage small cell lung cancer or stage III non-small cell lung cancer. It is also being studied in the treatment of other types of cancer. Durvalumab may block PD-L1 and help the immune system kill cancer cells. It is a type of monoclonal antibody and a type of immune checkpoint inhibitor. Also called Imfinzi.
Uses of Imfinzi Injection
Durvalumab is used in the treatment of Urinary bladder cancer and Non-small cell lung cancer.
Directions for Use
Durvalumab is given as an infusion into a vein, usually once every 2, 3, or 4 weeks. A healthcare provider will give you this injection.
This medicine must be given slowly and the infusion can take about 1 hour to complete.
You may need frequent medical tests.
Side Effects of Imfinzi Injection
Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the throat and nasal passages), Upper respiratory tract infection, Rash, Flu, Dermatitis, Bronchitis (inflammation of the airways), Eczema, Swelling of lymph nodes, Oropharyngeal pain

Drug Warnings
Durvalumab may cause serious or life-threatening side effects on your lungs, liver, pancreas, kidneys, intestines, thyroid, pituitary, or adrenal glands.
Call your doctor at once if you have new or unusual symptoms, such as tiredness, mood changes, headaches, vision problems, muscle weakness, stomach problems, weight changes, skin rash, hair loss, bleeding or bruising, yellowing of your skin or eyes, increased or decreased urination, dark urine, bloody or tarry stools, worsening cough, chest pain, or trouble breathing.
