Atropine + Dexamethasone  is a prescription medicine that is used for the treatment of inflammation in the eyes (uveitis). It helps in relieving pain, itching, discomfort, and irritation which are caused due to inflammation. It also has antibacterial property which help in preventing and controlling eye infections.

Atropine + Dexamethasone is a combination of three medicines: Atropine and Dexamethasone. Atropine is an anticholinergic medicine which works by making the pupil of your eye larger and relaxing the muscles in your eye. Dexamethasone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the eye red, swollen and itchy.
