AMBRISENTAN+TADALAFIL is an antihypertensive drug used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). AMBRISENTAN+TADALAFIL contains tadalafil (PDE-5 inhibitor) and ambrisentan (endothelin receptor antagonist). Tadalafil aids in treating pulmonary hypertension by relaxing blood vessels in the chest. This increases blood supply to the lungs while decreasing the workload on the heart. Ambrisentan prevents endothelin, a naturally occurring substance that constricts blood vessels and raises blood pressure. It relaxes the constricted pulmonary arteries and increases blood supply to the lungs, lowering blood pressure.

Directions for Use

AMBRISENTAN+TADALAFIL should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water with or without food or taken as directed by the physician. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
