About Resipax Total 5mg/15mg Tablet
Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which reduces cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger, histamine. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.

Levocetirizine+Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is used in the treatment of dry cough.
