Diphenhydramine + Sodium Citrate + Ammonium Chloride + Pseudoephedrine is a combination of four medicines: Diphenhydramine, sodium citrate, ammonium chloride, and pseudoephedrine which relieve cough. Sodium citrate is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
