CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN belongs to the group of anti-hypertensive medicines used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN helps lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the chances of heart problems such as heart attack and stroke. High blood pressure is a condition in which the blood exerts increased pressure on the walls of blood vessels. Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nosebleeds, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness, and dyspnea (shortness of breath). However, most of the time, the signs and symptoms of hypertension are none.
 
CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN is a combination of three drugs, namely: Cilnidipine, Telmisartan, and Metoprolol succinate. Cilnidipine acts on the calcium channels of the blood vessels and suppresses the contraction of blood vessels, thereby helping the blood flow smoothly. Telmisartan works by blocking the angiotensin II receptor, thereby relaxing the blood vessels and lowering the blood pressure. Metoprolol succinate slows down the rate and makes it easier for the heart to pump blood throughout the body. Together, CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN helps treat hypertension.
 
Take CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN as prescribed. You are advised to take CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side-effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, weakness, decreased blood pressure, and slow heart rate. Directions for Use

CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN may have interaction with medicines such as painkillers (aspirin), anti-convulsant (pregabalin, phenytoin), anti-depressant (duloxetine), anti-diabetic (insulin glargine), diuretic (furosemide), hormone (levothyroxine), antibiotics (erythromycin, rifampicin), anti-arrhythmic agent (quinidine), cytokines (aldesleukin).

Drug-Disease Interaction:

CILNIDIPINE+METOPROLOL SUCCINATE+TELMISARTAN may have interactions with conditions such as diabetes, renal dysfunction (kidney disease), pulmonary disease, alcoholism, congestive heart failure (heart disease), hypotension (low blood pressure), and liver disease.
