About I-Kul Plus Ophthalmic Solution

Naphazoline + Phenylephrine is a combination of two medicines: Naphazoline and phenylephrine which relieve eye itching/discomfort caused by seasonal allergies. Naphazoline is a sympathomimetic-alpha 1 medicine which also narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and swelling. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which tightens the blood vessels in the eye. This decreases the production of fluid in the eye and increases its drainage.
