LACTULOSE is a type of sugar which is broken down in the large intestine into mild acids that draws water into the colon and softens the stools. LACTULOSE also helps in the growth of good gut bacteria which help in proper digestion. LACTULOSE helps in proper absorption of minerals in the gut, thereby ensures maximum benefit from your food intake.
