About Loract D Tablet
Loratidine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) and relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels, which provide temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose

Medicinal Benefits of Loract D Tablet
Loratadine + Pseudoephedrine + Nimesulide is a combination of three medicines: Loratadine , Pseudoephedrine and Nimesulide, which relieves common cold symptoms. Loratidine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) and relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels, which provide temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Sleepiness, Nervousness, Insomnia (difficulty in sleeping), Restlessness, Dizziness, Increased liver enzymes
