Dicyclomine + Mefenamic Acid + Pamabrom is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Mefenamic Acid, and Pamabrom. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) and relieves cramps and bloating. Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic that increases urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling, and the feeling of being full.
