Dicyclomine + Dextropropoxyphene + Paracetamol is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Dextropropoxyphene, and Paracetamol. Dicyclomine is an anti-cholinergic that relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). Doing this, relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Dextropropoxyphene is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever and pain.
