Dr. Punit Saraogi did his MBBS from Seth G.S. Medical College & K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai followed by his M.D from T. N. Medical College & B.Y.L. Nair Ch. Hospital, Mumbai. He topped the University and was awarded the Sir D.J. Patil ‘Gold Medal’. He has been practicing Dermatology and Cosmetic Dermatology for 8 years.He has been the recipient of the Dr. B.V.Satyanarayan Memorial Award and the Dr. Arvind Lonkar award for best scientific work done, for his groundbreaking research on computerized hair analysis. He has also been an Investigator in clinical trials and research activities at a local, national and global level. He has conducted workshops for doctors all across India on Scalp biopsy and Trichopathology, at the 1st International HairIndia conference at Chennai & the Dermpath-classroom at the Amala Medical College, Thrissur. He has also conducted a series of skin awareness workshops for teenagers from many colleges in Mumbai.He has special interest in various types of hair loss and their treatment and in Cosmetic Dermatology.
