He completed MBBS from Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary. He did post graduation in Minto Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Bangalore. Later he did DNB from National Board of Examinations, New Delhi. He has done fellowship at Sankara Eye Hospital, Coimbatore in Paediatric Ophthalmology and Squint. He has rich experience in Paediatric Ophthalmology, Cataract and Squint. He has presented many papers in State conferences.
