Divya Balakrishanan completed her basic medical degree from Calicut Medical College and her DNB from Little Flower Hospital and Research Centre, Angamaly. She did her post-doctoral fellowship in vitreo retinal diseases (Fellow of the National Board) at L V Prasad Eye Institute, before joining LVPEI as a consultant.
