Dr Raj trained in Mumbai and in UK. She obtained her Completion of Consultant Training (CCT) in the UK. She did Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine and Surgery at the Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital, Assisted Conception Unit, London. She was awarded the Reproductive Medicine and Surgery Advanced Training Skills Module (ATSM) of the RCOG, UK. She then did the Post CCT Research Fellowship at the Homerton University Hospital, IVF unit, London. She has also completed the RCOG, UK, Gynaecology and Early Pregnancy ultrasound modules. She currently holds the flowing posts -Chairperson RCOG - India Liaison Group, RCOG, UKMember, Congress Committee, RCOG, UKMember, India Steering Group, Global Office, RCOG, UKAdvisor to Academic Council, ICOG, India She has scientific papers on, MVA, IVF and minimal access and robotic surgery and has written 6 post graduate book chapters and has guest edited a book. She has given over 50 regional, national, international invited talks. She has done around 23 medical audits and written 15 guidelines and protocols at Trust level in the UK.
